Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of labourers and process control and machine operators in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train staff, prepare reports, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of labourers and process control and machine operators
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a noisy environment, with a fast-paced work setting in a fruit and vegetable processing plant.
