About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Max Physiotherapy. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring that all procedures run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our business objectives
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are running efficiently
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Organized, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files
  • Reliability, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow procedures
