Max Physiotherapy is seeking a skilled Clinic Assistant to join our team. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain equipment to the highest standards.
- Label and process donated blood in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain supplies and inventory of equipment to prevent shortages.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as processing files and paperwork.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients.
- Take patients' general medical and ophthalmic history in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Permanent work term and 35 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
