Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario est à la recherche d'un coordonnateur de projet de construction pour rejoindre son équipe.

Responsabilités
  • Assurer la coordination et la planification des projets de construction;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de construction et les fournisseurs pour garantir la réalisation des projets dans les délais et dans les coûts prévus;
  • Veiller à la conformité aux normes et réglementations en vigueur;
  • Effectuer des inspections et des vérifications pour s'assurer que les travaux sont réalisés conformément aux plans et aux spécifications;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de maintenance pour assurer la maintenance et la réparation des installations existantes.
Compétences requises
  • Expérience dans la coordination et la planification de projets de construction;
  • Connaissance des normes et réglementations en vigueur dans le domaine de la construction;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe et les fournisseurs;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à prioriser les tâches;
  • Connaissance de la langue française et de la culture québécoise.
Conditions d'emploi

  • Horaires de travail : 35 heures par semaine;
