Job Title: Procurement Clerk

Aerosports Parks is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Clerk to join our team. As a Procurement Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Coordinate with suppliers to obtain price quotations, prepare and process purchase orders, and manage inventory levels.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile physical inventories with computer counts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with Canada Customs, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform routine clerical duties, prepare requisition orders, and maintain purchasing files and records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
