We are a leading sign manufacturing company in Western Canada, with a strong presence in Lloydminster, AB, and installation divisions in Calgary, Red Deer, Acheson, Regina, and Saskatoon.
Job Title: Inside Sales ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building new customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Provide accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and sales materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, estimators, and manufacturing teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
- Proven track record in competitive selling and sales leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
