Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Shell West. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective merchandise management and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 3-4 sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the selection and procurement of merchandise for resale, ensuring a strong product mix that meets customer demand and drives sales growth.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales, including market research and trend analysis.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail sales management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
This is a permanent position, working 30-35 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a goal-oriented approach to sales and customer service.
