Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Shell College Park. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 3-4 sales staff and assign duties to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to promote sales.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- 2 years of experience in retail sales management, with a proven track record of sales growth and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Language:The primary language of this role is English.
