At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team. As a Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for baking mixed dough and batters, ensuring the quality of products meets established standards, and operating machinery. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, as well as inspecting kitchen and food service areas.

Work Setting

Our Bakery Team Members work in a fast-paced environment, often standing for extended periods. You will be required to work in a café or restaurant setting, where you will be exposed to a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements

To be successful as a Bakery Team Member, you will need to have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, and be able to work under pressure.
