Job Title: Education Support Assistant - Early YearsRole Purpose:

To support class teachers in delivering high-quality educational experiences to young learners.

This role involves working closely with teachers to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of children aged 2-5 years old.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment, supporting the well-being of children and helping to establish positive relationships with parents and carers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with experience working with young children, ideally in an educational setting. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children and parents.

You should also be able to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

A commitment to safeguarding and child protection is essential, as is a valid right to work in Spain.
