Sunrise Farms is a leading poultry industry company with a strong focus on quality and innovation. Our finance operations team is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and track incoming payments, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and sales reps, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Work closely with internal departments to optimize finance operations and resolve customer disputes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and storage of financial records.
  • Perform bank runs and cover receptionist duties during lunch hour.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong background in data entry and high-volume invoice processing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required for bank runs.
