Job Summary:

Eddi's Wholesale is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow by ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and credit applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and credit applications.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including balances and payment history.
  • Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and resolve any billing issues.
  • Perform account reconciliations and analyze customer accounts to identify any discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end closing and process finance charges as applicable.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an accounts receivable and collection role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to speak French is preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
