Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Summary:
Eddi's Wholesale is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, from invoicing to cash application and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage daily invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Monitor and maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments, providing clear and concise information to resolve any billing issues.
- Process new customer credit applications and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Identify high-risk accounts and notify management to ensure prompt action.
- Perform account reconciliations as needed and analyze customer accounts to resolve billing issues.
- Verify and reconcile input documentation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with month-end closing and process monthly finance charges as applicable.
- Process monthly customer statements and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an accounts receivable and collection role.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to speak French is preferred.
- Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Word mail merge skills.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar ERP system.
- Fluency in French.
What We Offer:
- Salary range between $50,000~$60,000 based on level of experience.
