About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at DMC Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of our heavy civil construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction, specifically in mining, hydroelectric, and/or oil and gas.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Bluebeam.
