As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with our Project Manager to understand the priority of deliverables and collaborate with product owners to define technical requirements and deliverables for each scrum team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical architecture documentation and define technical requirements to achieve desired business objectives
  • Work with scrum teams to ensure provided deliverables are achieved to the architecture and required designs
  • Provide leadership and direction when questions arise in technical situations to ensure security and quality are at the forefront

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a software architect
  • 5+ years of working in an agile based software development environment
  • 5+ years of experience with issue and bug tracking products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, proven ability and experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for architecting technical solutions, developing tactical technical requirements, and ensuring high-quality agile processes

What We Offer:

  • Work onsite in Ottawa, Canada up to 3 days a week collaborating with the team
  • 37.5 hour work week, Monday - Friday
  • Temporary Contractor position, 1 year
