Job Title: Metal Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Acier Fati inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining metalworking machines to produce high-quality metal products.

Work Environment

Our work environment is fast-paced and noisy, with a focus on metal product fabrication. You will be working in a metal product fabrication industry setting, with a variety of tasks to complete on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain metalworking machines to produce high-quality metal products
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Check products for correct shapes, dimensions, and other specifications
  • Document work completed and investigate problems to fix or make minor repairs
  • Lay out, set up, and operate one or more light or heavy metalworking machines
  • Select and transport material to work area manually or using crane or hoist
Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
