Job Title: Bilingual Associate Learning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Associate Learning professional to join our team at The Institute for Performance and Learning. As a Bilingual Associate Learning professional, you will be responsible for creating and delivering learning programs that meet the needs of our sales force, with a focus on clinical confidence and product training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement sales training programs that meet the needs of our sales force, with a focus on clinical confidence and product training.
  • Evaluate and consistently update learning programs and content to ensure they are relevant and effective.
  • Facilitate training programs for the sales force, using adult learning principles, blended learning, and modern learning principles.
  • Develop sales training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources, to support learning activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local selling environment, marketplace trends, and affiliate/business unit objectives.
  • Establish and ensure consistent use of processes and tools to manage projects.
  • Develop content for launch readiness in compliance with local label and business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training, or business.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
  • Ability to connect with broad range of audiences and ability to leverage use of virtual training platforms.
  • Highly skilled in project management and Microsoft Office tools – Excel, PPT, Word, Teams etc.
  • Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills to help guide strategic and tactical planning.
