Job Title: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions.
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
