ANTHILL CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise a team of 5-10 workers and coordinate activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit and Train: Recruit and hire workers and train them to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Estimate Costs: Estimate costs and materials required for projects and recommend personnel actions as needed.
- Requisition Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
