Construction Site Manager

At ANTHILL CONSTRUCTION LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including production and other relevant metrics.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, including material deliveries and equipment rentals.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, as needed.
- Estimate costs and materials, and recommend personnel actions as required.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
