Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Human Resources Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department and employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee database archives
  • Develop new employee on-boarding orientation materials
  • Manage a number of administrative duties
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department and employees

Requirements:
  • HR related experience desired
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting
  • Office Administration experience preferred
  • Foundational knowledge in interviewing
  • Proficiency in customer service
  • Onboarding experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Conduct Reference Checks
  • General familiarity with Absence Management
  • Adeptness in sourcing recruitment
  • Practical knowledge of data entry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
