Job Summary:

The Rogues Shift Leader is a key role at Westwood Plateau, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading the restaurant team during operational hours. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the restaurant industry, and a commitment to providing Above & Beyond service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
  • Manage and motivate the restaurant team to achieve high standards
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including cocktail mixing, wine service, and draft beer service
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point of sales computer system
  • Lead, manage, and work with the Rogues Restaurant Servers to ensure seamless service
  • Ring in event tabs and manage cash handling procedures

Requirements:
  • Serving It Right certification is mandatory, Food Safe certification is an asset
  • Previous 2 years of restaurant supervision and service experience in a hotel and/or restaurant
  • Cocktail mixing knowledge and product knowledge are essential
