We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at North Battleford DQ Grill & Chill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, and package take-out food to meet our guests' needs.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, and take orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and handle and store cleaning products.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
  • Work under pressure to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
Weight Handling:
  • Handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with ease.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
