About the Opportunity

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing janitorial services within designated areas to provide exceptional customer experiences. You will also drive revenue growth from existing customers and manage a team of mobile workers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement plans for customer scope of work, including waxing schedules and budgets.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.
  3. Train subcontractors and employees on required training and United cleaning procedures.
  4. Lead process initiatives and identify trends with senior management.
  5. Analyze store budgets, monitor expenses, and develop strategies to decrease costs and increase profitability.
  6. Implement transitions of new business in compliance with transition processes.
  7. Support hiring, recruitment, training, performance management, and termination of subcontractors.
  8. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation.
Requirements
  1. Able to address customer and subcontractor needs promptly.
  2. Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and nights.
  3. Possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Desirable Skills
  1. Strong business acumen, verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Active listening, time management, leadership skills, autonomy, and technology proficiency.
  3. Budgeting and costing expertise within janitorial environments.
  4. Floor-care and cleaning knowledge is an asset.
  5. Ability to motivate a mobile team of subcontractors.
Education/Experience
  1. Degree in business administration or related field.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved.
