Warehouse Inventory Manager

The Inventory Lead Hand is a key member of our warehouse team, responsible for assisting in day-to-day receiving and inventory operations. This includes the cycle count program, secondary operations (kitting), inventory allocation, and placement.
Responsibilities – Inventory Control/Receiving
Monitor accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stock locations.
Perform location consolidation and reconciliation actions daily.
Assist in segregating all quarantine items as directed by QA or Operations Management team.
Responsibilities – Sorting & Kitting
Collaborate with Operations Management, Purchasing, and Orders teams regarding secondary operation requirements (kitting, packing, sorting) to ensure optimum inventory levels.
Assist in development of procedures and training processes in conjunction with the Operations Manager and Warehouse Supervisor.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a warehousing/inventory role. Experience working with inventory management software. Knowledge of inventory control and production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective storage and distribution of materials. Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems immediately.
