Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Officer to join our team at National Engineered Fasteners Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate inventory activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies, and coordinate the assignment and review of work.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows.
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail.
- Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Personal suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, team player.
This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
