Job Title: Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Knight Signs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on production progress and inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track production activities.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor production progress to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
  • Project manage production activities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production activities.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a production or logistics role is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
