The estimated salary for this position is $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience. As a Food Service Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to all restaurant patrons by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Job Description:

We are looking for a charismatic and experienced server who thrives on engaging guests and delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure they are delivered promptly and accurately
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including daily specials and promotions
  • Serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring every guest has an enjoyable dining experience
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
  • Restock supplies, including linens, utensils, and condiments, as needed
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and cleanup

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of server experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
