Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of division in-process acquisitions to evaluate return on investment, margins, and profitability.
  • Analyze financial data, generate reports, and present findings to inform divisional investment or financing decisions.
  • Partner with divisions to evaluate land acquisition targets, reviewing assets and completing proformas.
  • Develop and apply standard corporate modeling tools, proformas, and templates to support due diligence processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate financial analysis and/or land acquisition.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas and functions.


Bonus Skills:

  • Low Rise and/or High Rise residential analysis with market exploration and acquisitions experience.
  • Experience with S&P Capital IQ and PowerBI.
