As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the types of merchandise to be sold, implement pricing and credit policies, and ensure that the store is stocked with the right products.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and determine the sales strategies to meet our sales targets.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
