About the Job

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, test, repair, perform preventative maintenance, and service CNC equipment related to all in-house manufacturing.
  • Manage on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of the building and its property.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions for all CNC and non-CNC manufacturing equipment.
  • Produce detailed service reports and document processes.
  • Operate vehicles and machinery in a safe manner, including lift trucks and cranes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and share information across the organization.
  • Making appropriate recommendations and briefings on repairs, diagnostics, and equipment specifications as well as specifications for new equipment.
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting/repair of CNC machines highly desired.
  • 433A Millwright license is an asset but not required.
  • Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and minor electrical problems.
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations of engineering and installation drawings for buildings.
  • MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Project management and supervision skills.
  • Decision-making ability and leadership skills.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Must have the ability to work off normal hours during equipment breakdown situations.
  • Must be fluent in English – Reading and writing.
