  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in training and supervising staff, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
  • The Sales Team Lead will be accountable for establishing work schedules, preparing reports, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Key responsibilities will include:
    • Assigning sales workers to duties and supervising office and volunteer staff
    • Hiring and training or arranging for training of staff
    • Authorizing payments and return of merchandise
    • Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
    • Conducting performance reviews and resolving customer and supply issues
  • Requirements:
    • 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
