We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Firehouse Subs, a fast-paced and dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate team member performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1-2 team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and provide guidance and support as needed.
Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and flexibility. Public transportation is available, and the work schedule is 35 hours per week with a permanent contract in English.

Requirements

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
