Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate communications strategies that drive awareness and connection to our organizational strategy.

About You
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in public relations or communications, with a strong background in content development and presentation skills.
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

You'll work closely with our CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders to develop compelling content and presentations that align with our corporate strategy. Your expertise will also be used to manage cross-functional relationships and execute key corporate events, such as Recipe Town Halls and brand conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and manage communications that are timely, relevant, and align with our vision, mission, and values.
  2. Work with cross-functional partners to effectively communicate initiatives to employees and key stakeholders.
  3. Manage our corporate social channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  4. Ensure all posts on our social media outlets are accurate, professional, and consistent with our brand.
  5. Develop and distribute the Daily Media newsletter to our employee email database.
  6. Support the creation of presentation materials for Board of Directors meetings and key franchisee meetings.
  7. Assist in key event strategy and coordination, including franchisee and brand conferences.
  8. Monitor Recipe press coverage and collect data on internal communication initiatives effectiveness.
