We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team at KPMG in Canada. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in providing audit and accounting services to our clients, ensuring the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Apply KPMG's audit and accounting practices and methodologies at client engagements
- Conduct financial statement review and compilations for private companies
- Lead field engagement teams and coach and mentor junior staff members
- Perform analysis of complex accounting issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Accounting/business degree
- Successful completion of the CFE and/or working towards a CPA designation
- 2 years post-graduate experience with a public accounting firm
- Excellent project management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience with ASPE and ASNPO
