About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at K&K SONS 1 HOLDINGS INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job duties and adhering to our high standards of sanitation and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience with our company is positive and memorable.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Security Clearance: Criminal record check
  • Transportation: Own transportation and own vehicle
Work Environment

Our food service team operates in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
