Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and clean stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Clean and Attractive Guestrooms - Ensure all guestrooms meet or exceed hotel standards by making beds, changing linens, cleaning, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
- Focus on Details - Pay attention to windows, towels, supplies, closets, and other areas to ensure precision and quality.
- Be Organized - Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping closet and cart area.
- Collaborate with Colleagues - Assist coworkers, train new staff, and participate in department events.
- Provide Excellent Guest Service - Greet guests warmly and provide a positive experience.
- Ensure Safety and Security - Follow hotel safety and security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Basic English Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Physical Demands - Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly.
- Visual and Physical Abilities - Near Vision, ability to stand for long periods, and ability to multi-task.
