We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at Sekhon & Cheema Drywall Ltd.
Job SummaryThe General Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure projects are completed accurately.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Client focus and team player.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a variety of weather conditions.
