General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at Sekhon & Cheema Drywall Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement methods to improve work efficiency and productivity.
- Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
