Job Title: Executive Assistant

At FFUN Group, we're seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team. As the right-hand person to our CEO, you'll be responsible for ensuring every detail is in place and every task is completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate staff travel plans and itineraries
  • Manage meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes
  • Master the Executive Leadership Team's calendars and coordinate appointments
  • Handle all incoming enquiries and correspondence
  • Research and complete special projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
