About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team at Penn Interactive. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining our cutting-edge technology infrastructure.

About the Work

  • Design and implement corporate IT systems, network infrastructure, and virtualized environments.
  • Assess and analyze business and security requirements, recommending solutions to meet organizational goals.
  • Manage and maintain our core IT systems, ensuring alignment with our security framework.
  • Oversee the management of network infrastructure, including Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco networking, and virtualized environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and act as an escalation point for IT Analysts.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement solutions.

About You

  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possess expert knowledge of converged and hyper-converged infrastructure, Palo Alto firewalls, and Cisco networking.
  • Have experience with virtualized environments, network monitoring, and graphing tools.
  • Be proficient in GSuite, Office 365, and ITSM software.
  • Have a strong understanding of active directory, Azure AD, IAM, and endpoint security.
  • Be an effective communicator, able to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
