Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 5-10 people.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Lead a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree, certificate, or diploma is necessary.
