Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food is prepared and served to high standards, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock.
  • Ensure that food is prepared and served to high standards, including maintaining proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, including scheduling and staffing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in food service or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Working Conditions:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and changing work environment.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.Work Schedule:

The Food Service Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
