Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including departmental and corporate officials, and other organizations.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of projects, including preparing reports, briefs, and other documents.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business administration/management.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
