Job Title: Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Manchanda Corporations Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and teaching interest or professional development courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Teach interest or professional development courses
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
  • Establish work schedules
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
