Job Title: Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Manchanda Corporations Ltd. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and resources
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Supervise and train new staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
