Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and tasks.
  • Oversee the hiring and training of new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
