About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Motor Systems Technician to join our team at DREAMAIR HEATING AND COOLING INC. as a permanent full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Testing and Maintenance: Conduct thorough tests and observations of electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Component Replacement and Repair: Replace or recondition shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components as needed to maintain equipment efficiency.
  • Welding and Brazing: Perform welding or brazing tasks to repair or modify equipment components.
  • Dynamic Balancing: Perform static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors to ensure smooth operation.
  • Equipment Verification: Test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear, or other electrical apparatus to guarantee proper performance.
Security and Safety
  • Bondable: Maintain a professional and trustworthy demeanor to ensure a secure work environment.
