Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Medico Construction & Design Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project coordinators, engineers, and tradespeople.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week.
