Physiotherapist - Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Re:Function Health Group Inc. as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist. The successful candidate will work with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to clients with work-related injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based exercise therapy and education to promote client independence and timely return to work.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, counsellors, physicians, and kinesiologists to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless rehabilitation journeys.
Requirements:
- University degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Member in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists in BC (CPTBC).
- Malpractice insurance of at least $5 million per occurrence.
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team and independently.
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
